Oli's JUGGERNAUT HP review/log
 
First off, many thanks to Infinite Labs for allowing me to try out their latest pre-workout. I am pretty excited, as I haven't used one in awhile. Pre-w/o's that I have used: Jacked, ASGT & LIT-UP.

Currently working out 5 days/wk using the Layne Norton PHAT program & have definitely been lacking some energy towards the end.

Stats:

5'8", 195 lbs

~16 years on/off weightlifting experience.

Current Personal bests:
- Conv DL: 410lbs
- 5 degree incline bench press: 325x4
- Squat: ? - unknown as of right now, but recently have done 225x7 on front squats.

Today was actually the last day of the week I'll be in the gym - tomorrow's an off day & I'll be hitting it hard on Monday. So, any insight, comments, recommendations, etc...are welcome. I'll even be posting 'pretty lady pics', because I like pretty ladies.... :rockon:

Im doing PHAT too man! I like it a lot so far! I can tell this thread is going to deliver the goodness!

Have never tried Agmatine, so I'm pretty excited about that - seen then plenty of good info about it & it doesn't have too many MG's of caffeine per scoop (which I like).

Monday - 2/11 [ upper power ]

Inc. bench: 240x5, 260x5, 275x5, 295x5, 315x5

Db. rows: 95x5x5

Under.hnd grip pulldowns: 130x2x11

Hoist machine, seated bench: 230x11, 250x11

Db Curls: 40lbs x 20, 50x10, 45x10

Tate press, Db's: 35x3x10

Initial oberservations:

-tastes like Tang
-no overstim feeling ( 1 scoop )
-pump seemed stronger than usual
-had more "torque" during sets of bench press - seemed like i was able to push harder
-less winded between sets: we'll see tomorrow as DL's tend to wipe me out pretty good.
-excellent mixability

..everything's all positive

- Chest muscles feeling nice & full still from yesterday's session.

- Might take it to 1 1/2 scoops today - 1 scoop felt just right (for me) for stim purposes ( i'm fairly sensitive to caffeine )
