I'm tempted to dismiss the whole thing out of hand just because T C luoma wrote it, but some interesting stuff in there. Unfortunately, without any references to check out, it's hard to know if any of it is worth thinking about further.

No.
T-Nation, posts some great stuff and some horrid things as well.

That's where I stumbled.

Not so much interested in articles like this without strong supportive evidence. This was like reliving every Weider magazine from the 80s to current.

"X" is bad because of this.

"Y" is great because of this.

Heading on over to Dr Oz's site to see what I should do, as I eat every food on that list except Soy.:D

I actually have to disagree with the list, as I was recently fully tested by a internal medicine specialist and was told I have the internal cell structure of a 25 year old, including all organs. I eat some of those daily for 8 years now.

Interesting gluten free baking is there. Must be because of the extra starches used in it. I limit it for that reason.

Additionally, I take Chlorella Micro Algae daily. Many bad chems that get into your bloodstream bind to it and then it exits your system without any harm to the liver whatsoever.

I do a lot of baking with almond meal. What's your staple Jim?

Mrs Squatter uses Kinnikkinnick General Purpose Flour. Their bread products are awesome as well.

Gluten Free from Kinnikinnick•For Celiacs•GFCF Diet•Allergies•Intolerances

When she uses it for baking, gravy, etc, you cannot tell the difference between wheat based flour baking, such as my fave, Brownies.

You've been eating 25 year olds for eight years? Including their organs?

I eat the occasional 40 year old, but they can be a bit chewy.

On a slightly related note, is liver health something we need to worry about?
