I am going to do a 180 turn on how i eat.....yes its a challenge for me, No more pop and chips, time to build a lean killing machine and weight at 250lbs.
My MEALS will be as followed
2 cups of orange juice
hand full of green beans
1 protein shake (1 scoop mutant mass 1 scoop whey)
1lb of chicken
1lb of beef
1 protein shake(same as above)
if anyone thinks i should add or change let me know
Rev it up and destroy. Removing most of the junk will work wonders.
Only advice...pancakes are about as healthy as eating cookies, unless you use a specialty recipe that avoids the white poison.
