Liver tabs

Anyone have any experience with them? Would you recommend them and how many did you take daily?

I took them several years ago. I then discovered my iron levels were very high and quit. I'm not sure if they were related, but it didn't hurt my feeling to give them up.

I have a bottle in my cabinet now. Can't stand liver in general but they were recommended. I have saw little to no benefit from them in the four months or so that I took them. My friend, Steve (not BTB) swears by Universal's Uniliver. The old school body builders swore by them. I am, well.... Meh.

I have never heard of them before. Since they are liver tablets, do they smell like liver? If so I would have to be out. I can not stand the way liver smells. You know some fish oils smell fishy, just wondering if these smell like liver.
