My ideal diet concept.
I think I should come up with a variant of Paleo called the Meatian Diet. I can see it now. Every meal must have animal protein, preferably from actual food. (To be clear, daily animal intake would be a MUST) Vegetables are unlimited, except soy and corn are forbidden (as are grains), and those that cause inflammatory issues would be eaten on an infrequent basis.
The main draw of this diet would
be a point system of all animal products, that would add up to a number of vegan's intake per day. For every 100 pounds a person weighs, they would be required to eat 1.5 "vegans"(aka average animal intake missed by a vegan) per day. The diet would permit some more sloppiness for bulking time, some decreased carbs for cutting time, and occasional intermittent fasting for the remaining time. People would be encouraged to incorporate more advanced strategies into their plan, such as Metabolic Typing and Biochemical Individuality.

I am on the Meatian Diet (maybe twenty grams carbs a day), Just didn't know it!
