Default Zucchini

My neighbor just gave us a bunch of zucchini. What are some good ways to prepare it? I have had it fried but that is about it.

Just cut it up in about 1/4" slices and pan fry it in olive oil. Delicious!

You can also cut it into small strips and use it as pasta.

Make it into muffins. My sister does this and they are totally awesome and very moist.
