Taking a whole host of supplements without knowing what they're for; doing too many exercises thinking more is better.







LOL For some weird reason my brain saw "biggest mistakes bodybuilders make" and missed the nutritional part, but the above is still relevant so I'll leave it in.

Popping pills just because you have heard that they are good for bodybuilders. Each body type is different and just because one body builder needs it does not mean you will.
