I bet she would. Its pretty rich and heavy chocolate flavor, but its one of our favorite low carb desserts. Feel free to adjust the ratios as you experiment, this actually has less cocoa than the original, but that one was overpowering.

Cream cheese, eggs...the base in healthy. There are quite a few low carb cheese cakes out there.
