Theres tons of literature out there. Maybe somebody will link you something. If not, hit google, you can find out a lot with a little research. I've used it and do not like it. All it did was make me tingle and, in combination with powdered arginine and intense cardio, it made my heart race...

The tingling is normal. It's called parathesia. Some like it, some don't.

If you only take a gram at a time the tingling is present, but only lasts an extremely short time and is not really even that noticiable.
