Looking for a "Nutritional meal"
I am trying to cut back on my spending because it is taking a toll on my wallet and paycheck. I am currently spending $70-90 a day on food an I want to find a solution for this. I need to maintain 8-10k calories a day to maintain my weight and gain alittle bit; I powerlift and play football so its kind of hard to maintain the weight.
Is there food I should be buying from the stores that will help and how much do I buy for the week? I need 6 meals a day, so 24 meals for work out days and 9 meals for non lifting days....I also have Mutun Mass for shakes on work out days and non work out days.
Any help would be appreciated!!
