I will drink a redbull before a heavy workout from time to time. I normally just have a mt dew and a candy bar though.

I don't drink stuff like that anymore. Used to when I was fat but now I prefer to drink much better things for my body.

I was addicted to these drinks for about 2 1/2 years. I'd drink AT LEAST 1 every day. Drinking 2 and even sometimes 3 a day wasn't completely out of the question though.

I started getting very weird heart beats and was very uncomfortable in my chest. I have not had an energy drink like these in over 6 months. Not a fan at all anymore.

To me they taste nasty so I do not drink them. I would much rather drink a protein shake as it can help one out much better than those crappy drinks.
