Default Nuts

Which kind of nut is the healthiest kind? I prefer almonds and I know that they are pretty healthy and cashews rock as well but was not sure if they were as healthy.

There's no such thing, all nuts are equally healthy, some nuts may have more of one mineral than another but other than that just eat a selection unless you're allergic to one or more in which case avoid the ones you're allergic to.

I like the taste of almonds. As far as "the healthiest kind", I'm sure debates could be made, but in my opinion it's probably splitting hairs.

Cashews are the best. I also love walnuts in baked goods, such as banana bread.

I like Cashews the best but......too much gives me an itchy experience later if you know what I mean.

I stick to almonds and peanuts.
