Is it true that there is lots of creatine in tuna and red meats, but once we cook it, the creatine is destroyed?

Fav Supp: Fish Oil
I believe a 1 pound portion of beef have like 2 grams of creatine. So if a normal dose is 5-10 grams thats 2.5 -5 pounds of beef to get the same effect that can go into a shake in 5 secs.

Yes it is true that creatine is destroyed once it is heated up. but if you supplement with it, then you will be fine.
