People should also be aware of the fact that to decaffeinate coffee, chemicals are used which in theory makes it wiser just to drink the caffeinated version but less of it.
I normally have a cup a day at most but only use a level teaspoon anyway which is way less than most people use for 1 cup/mug; though, there are days when I drink a few coffees which I guess only adds up caffeine wise to about the amount that others drink in their solo cup of the day.
That's something else people need to consider, exactly how much coffee are they consuming, not how many cups...after all, the rest is normally just water...so, one person that uses a heaped spoonful (or several) versus someone that uses a level teaspoonful is in fact drinking around 4 times as much coffee in the one beverage...whereas, the level teaspoon user after drinking 4 cups is only drinking the equivalent of one cup in relation to the person using a heaped spoonful of coffee per cup.
