Incomplete proteins come from plants and don't have everything your body needs to repair itself
Complete proteins come from animals and are awesome.
The real answer is extremely complex and warrants months of study. Still, eat your eggs, drink your milk, and don't rely on soy as your primary protein source, and you'll be fine.
