Macronutrients for woman
 
What combo of macronutrients that I should be getting into my diet daily? I am a pretty healthy lady and am starting to be much more active than I used to be.

You could do 1.5 g protein, 1 g carbs, and .25 g fat for every pound weighed.

Heidi can you give some information on your personal stats such as: Height, Weight, Age? Is the muscle and fat distribution fairly evenly partitioned with your body? I ask this because in some woman they tend to carry more (in hips/thighs/glutes) as compared to the average male.

Have you dieted before?

What are your personal goals, other activities, employment/school like?

Answer some of these questions, and we can narrow down some macro nutrient approximation goals for you.
