There's a reason why eggs come with a yolk and a white. They were meant to be eaten together to form one whole, complete food. When in doubt, go with what nature designed.

i eat both whole eggs and egg whites. If i can get eggs from properly fed organic chickens ill eat the hell out of a whole egg. much better nutrition.

i ussually eat 2 whole eggs mixed with a bunch of eggs whites. Helps keep my calories down while filling me up
