Default Milk

Does drinking milk help you store fat? Or is this just a myth?

That's a myth. It will store as fat if drinking it puts you over your daily allowance for total calories.

really depends on the milk IMO recent reports find it laden with hormone additives that may in fact add fat regardless of calories. It is also liquid calories so if your dieting its best to avoid these easy to ingest calories, making them non filling and easy to over indulge in

Some studies indicate that milk drinkers are slimmer than their non-milk drinking counterparts; that doesn't mean anything, of course, because they never mention the rest of the diet that the people are on, but it's certainly worth consideration.

I have seen many articles that it will help you lose weight. There are even commercials that have said that drinking milk will help you be slimmer.
