I eat all day. I like smaller meals more frequent to prevent stretching my stomach out so when I cut it is already small and hunger pains don't start in as soon or as hard.

Plus I could never eat what I need to eat in just 2 or 3 sittings.

He's doing a form of IF. He gets his calories and macros all in one sitting or two, and is eating well, and not as low as you may think brother maber.

Mini meals are best for me. I can eat 3 good meals a day but since I like to eat, I prefer to eat smaller meals and I find that I do not eat as much garbage this way.
