Default One arm or two arms

Which one do you prefer doing? The one arm long bar row or the two arm long bar row? I feel more control with the two arm, but prefer to do the one arm.

Personal preference...

I used to do both. Full bar doubles for main work, then single-arm long bar rows with a very long stretch to close out a back row session.
