Reverse grip bench presses for muscle?
Do any of you use reverse grip bench presses for building muscle? I am wondering how they feel and how differently they target the chest, shoulders and triceps.

That was painful Facz!

They are a great tricep builder. Try them on the smith machine and keep your chest really high and your shoulders pinned back. If you can,set the bench up so its just supporting your upper back and your lower body is off of it. This will facilitate keeping your chest high. Try a rest pause set of 15-25 reps.
