Great progress.

Besides eating everything in sight, I wonder what type of training she did.

I am with Gaspers, #1 is too thin. Great work overall, puts many of us guys to shame. (slapping myself upside the back of the head as I mutter, "get your act together dude.")

I dunno. If I were in the market, I'd pick what's behind door #1. However, we need to remember this is a PHYSIQUE athlete as opposed to FITNESS. In that case, she did a very good job getting to #3. I too would like to know what her training was like.

she does Mountain Dog like me. She's actually a close friend of mine. She has Shelby Starnes doing her nutrition and Meadows for her workouts.

the articles are posted on here. Its Bodybuilding training with some Powerlifting mixed in. John Meadows is the trainer behind it. The sample workouts are good, but paying him for custom plans is the shit. I'm 24 weeks in so far...toughest workouts i've ever done. every 12 weeks slowly increases in volume and intensity over the first 9-10weeks, then last weeks tapers down. Every week is a different workout. and they are grueling as hell. Not for the weak of heart or undisciplined.

hell, even his logo has "pain tolerance" mentioned in it. do a search in the Articles sections brotha. All the body parts should be there, individually.

I would love to see a male 12 month transformation like this to keep as a sticky.

I'd volunteer, but I'd have to start out fat.
