Hi my name is Shawn I am big lol if you waqnt to be like me and are to dumb to do it drink 1 gallon of milk a day lol and everytime you lift weights make sure you get stronger hint"progessive ressitance training lol" and go to mc donalds at least 1 time a day screw jay cutler I get my advice from dante yes mr dc training lol eat big I drink pop a lot and I pick up heavy shit lol the personal trainers at the gym get mad when I tel people to drunk pop thats my secret mountain dew lol akak calories

Just remember that naturals lose quite a bit on anabolism after 2 weeks of bulking, so cyclical bulking is a good idea.

Well Shawn, not everyone is blessed with a good Metabolism and can eat all the "shit" they want. You would be a hell of a lot bigger/leaner if you cleaned up your diet and started getting the right kind of fats and more protein.

Then you might look like me there little guy ;)

That's the Gospel. In your early 20's you can eat like a lawn mower. But around 30, dirty bulking is hard.

As a natural, you really should have packed on quite a bit of muscle your first 3-5 years. After that, there's really not much need to do much bulking.
