Monday night and Thursday morning are plenty of hours of rest if that's what you meant.

My general advice is this...until a lifter has developed a good habit of not missing workouts, they should train at whatever time of day they are least likely to miss workouts.

Speaking personally, I am concerned with rest intervals, of course, but what time the scheduled workout occurs, I do not fuss over it. Being a General Manager/Sales and Marketing CEO, my shift hours can vary dependent upon a variety of business factors. But, generally, when their is stability and no turnover issues, I workout in the AM. Sometimes I have to work during the day (7a to 3p) and then turnaround and work the same day 11p to 7A. If this happens, I adjust my sleep pattern, and workout in the evening before work. Knowing these sort of issues can happen ahead of time, I plan for them advance. Sure sleep pattern gets messed up, and sometimes the scheduled workout gets pushed +12 hours ahead (but its the same day). The bottom line is when life throws you some screws, you have to have the screw driver in hand. I want what I want, and that is that.
