I know that when I was first starting, I did not know a whole lot. I did not have access to forums like this one, which I feel is a godsend to those that do not have a clue about where to start. I think that it is crucial to ask questions when you first start. No question is a dumb one in my opinion as long as you truly do not know the answer. I feel that the only way you will learn is if you ask. So I guess my point here is ask questions so you will learn how to make the most of your body building!

Very true, and in my experience you would be hard-pressed to find a more responsive, knowledgable, and helpful community than you've found here. Pick these guys' brains!!

You gotta work your way up to the Brains. Start out picking your nose and work your way in.
Wait, that didn't come out right.

I have found it very helpful to ask at the gym and on here. No question is really a dumb one as you stated.
