I would love to have a 6 pack. But I have some flab there. I know that in order to get the 6 pack I have to get rid of the flab. What are some good ways to do this?
Once you get a good diet in place, you can work on developing the ab muscles. Crunches, situps, leg kicks, planks and other core moves will help build the ab muscles. Also keep in mind, that the abdominal area is where the fat leaves last, unfortunatly. Realistically, you probably need to get down to about 8% bodyfat to really see a solid 6 pack.
This could take a long time to achieve. But if you want it, you can get it.
