NEVER do more than one of the big 3 in a single workout, and save it for last when you are pre-exhausted so you can really hit the muscles that do x

Right. If you want to get big, you are eventually going to have to keep bulking through the summer months. Why waste the momentum and progress to show off abs at the beach or pool a few times?
