That's a good question. I asked him the first he told me that how he moves his elbows, head and knees since the fat on your body allows you to bend. I could imagine someone even 1% bodyfat would be so stiff they'd look like a statue!

I measured him at my house 3 years ago and he was 11%. He claims in the Navy they measured him at -3% though.
