When designing your own workout make sure it includes at least 3 sets of reverse grip bicep curls.

Make sure to pre-exahaust and do slow negatives on deadlifts for that extra muscle building intensity!

what's sad is even as low as my max bench is relatively, it's still probably more than they can squat or deadlift; which segways nicely into my next point....

...the question should be "how much do you squat?" but the problem is that it doesn't matter whether they say 150 or 450, chances are they are doing partials.
