When asked if you have ever heard of Westside Barbell, respond with "Yes, my uncle used to train there".

When talking about another man's physique; Make sure to use big impressive words like symetry and strirations instead of well-built or athletic looking. And don't forget to use the latin names for the muscle groups like biceps, glutes and pectorals instead of arms, butt, and chest. That way it won't be obvious that you are actually admiring another man's physique.

Normal weightlifter- spends $100 at GNC, sometimes.

Bro bodybuilder- empties his bank account at GNC, always.

Rule #14 - When discussing Bro-Science always ensure it came from a reputable source.

For example:
Quote:
SCRAWNY CHICKEN LEG GUY: You should do such and such because this guy told me to do it like that and he was massive, bigger than Arnold.
This is certified.

I've heard this loads of times from the 'used to' brigade. I used to squat 4 plates man but I don't go heavy anymore before proceeding to do 100kg halfsies.

Rule #15 - Never EVER do deadlifts because they aren't 'functional' and will snap your back one day. If you MUST do some form of a deadlift, bounce the shit out of every single rep so the plates come up 6 inches off the ground.

Rule #16 - Screaming like a banshee towards the end of a set will help you get more reps and the pump will be awesome. The decibel level must be inversely proportional to the weight being lifted.

Have an ab day, twice per week. In this ab session, do every ab exercise known to mankind. It's often recommended you go to the gym and do the p90x ab workout. Afterall, it's your routine that gives you lean hard abs, and not the diet or bodyfat.
