In many cases, iHIT is the first method they try that actually has them using intensity and progression, so naturally they will see results. They drink the cool-aide and train with great enthusiasm. That's a good thing.

The bad thing is when they start thinking it's scientific and all other training methods are inferior.

Good point.

Mike focused people on progression and probably pulled more than a few away from heavy fatigue do to the grind. I certainly can see this combination yielding some results.
