Default Do I have to do it all at once?

Right now my schedule is not allowing me to lift for more than 15 minutes at a time. Weight room does not open early enough for me to get in a workout before school, so I do about 15 minutes in the morning and then the rest after practice. Is this okay to do? As long as I meet my daily or weekly requirement?

What's "your requirement?"
I would say the short/easy answer is yes, that's fine. If you're shooting for about an hour of lifting then doing 15 in the am and 45 in the pm shouldn't cause any problems.
