Been looking at bell and the st guys recently wondering how they got that shoulders forward, short rom. This is it. Just tried without and unweighted bar/part of mini LtL's playmat and the difference is night and day. If I can maintain that position with a weighted bar, this will make a massive difference.

I've seen something similar to this before about getting the arms relaxed and lengthened in order to reduce the ROM required to reach full extension but it's always great to have a refresher, so many minor that can easily be forgotten along the way.
