Default Four Months into it

Well I am four months into weightlifting. At first it was a struggle to get to the gym but I was bound determined to do it. Currently I am lifting twice a week. I feel great. Just wanted to give some motivation to others who may be at this point as well.

You're on a good start. 2x a week is good so you don't burn out too quickly. Build yourself a good base, and be sure to increase your diet to support new muscle growth.
