Default 8 months in

Bodybuilding for 8 months and have made good progress. I've been using a 5 day split that I found on another site and it's working. I have gained 20 pounds and my bodyweight is up to 168. When I look in the mirror I can see progress.

I found Muscle and Brawn and it had a lot of great information but now I am confused. Should I stay with my split which *gasp* has an arm day or move to something like and upper lower? Somewhat afraid to change.

If you enjoy training the way you do and as long as you are making progress there is no reason to change. When things start to slow down you can reduce your training to see how it effects your progress.

Many people will find increased progress when switching to more abbreviated training. It is also the more freferred method for those starting out. If you want to try it for yourself, we'd be happy to help you set something up.

I am thinking I might try 3 days a week. 5 days is hard and I keep missing a day here and there.
