8pack is off to a bad start
Default Upper and lower body

Just wanted to know something. Many of you say that you only work 2 days a week. I found a site online where on Monday and Thursday they do upper body and rest on Wednesday and then do lower body on Tuesday and Friday. Is this acceptable?
