Damn hard one to decide on a favourite here. The term "favourite" to me means something that you enjoy the most, so for me my favourite lift(s) are Squats, Bench, Rows, Deads, Presses. I love them all because they're fun but also I get the most out of these exercises. Each so beneficial.

I am torn between Squats and Deadlifts. I think I go with squats. Like SB said, any variation will work.
