Default Neck pain

Does anyone on here get neck pain when they lift? I do not all the time but once in a while I feel like I am straining my neck some. Suggestions as to not feel this way are appreciated.

I used to get it pretty bad when I had the bar too high on squats. Spent some time (and money) on a chiropractor and I've been as good as new since.

It may help to state which lifts you get neck pain with, if there are specific lifts that cause pain; it might make a world of difference to the answers you may get.

I could try the chiropractor.
There is not a specific lift. Or atleast not one I have noticed. I will have to start keeping a log and find out which one is triggering it. Thanks for the suggestion.
