Beef is great for gaining muscles.
Green tea is full of anti-oxidants and has some caffeine, so it perks you up and reduces inflammation, or so they tell me. As for getting huge, its not going to do much there.

I drink a lot of green tea and I still look like the "before" picture in the old Charles Atlas cartoon ads. So I guess boring old exercise and food should be your number one priority
But seriously I'm convinced it's good for you, and I wouldn't be surprised if it aids recovery like angie828 said.
I love to drink it the way I learned in China; make a big pot and start drinking in small cups while it is still thin, almost just water. For every cup the flavour increases along with your mental clarity. The last cup will be very strong but it will taste great since you have warmed up to it. This way of drinking it is great for studying or for sitting up late, talking with an old friend, when you don't want to drink alcohol and ruin your morning the day after.
If you take the water off the boil for a little minute before you pour it over the tea leaves, the brew won't get the harsh, bitter taste many associate with green tea. Most people, at least where I live, think green tea is supposed to taste crap, but this is because they are making it the wrong way.
