Thanks H. here is almost 20lbs lighter, lighting don't show strations, and I have a lot and need to slow the cut down, and how much size I have keep with my style cutting.

I only go to 90* due to a past tore delt, that now don't like full range for ME Full Range Inclines.

This 285 x 1 = Ratio of 1.92 x B/W hit.
In bulk at 173 lbs. of B/W. I hit a 3oo x 1.
That was a ratio of only 1.73 x B/W.

Jan 11th

Ran a show day prep test.

OK for all those who ask the dreaded Q? How much you weigh for a show? Well we never weigh ourselves pre stage just at weight in. BUT for you people, this stage prep test I just ran, I was 147.4 this morning at the start of the test at 5am. End of test at 12:15 same as rolling on stage, I was 149.6. The test was great. I need a little timing ajustments, but nailed it. I'm going to be one sick looking MoFo come April.

Now time to enjoy my cheat meals day.
