lol @ 47 years old, 5'8" (Standing), with a 7" wrists, 8.25 ankle at 154 lbs. they measured 17" .

For the people that compair to the natural potential list, no skin fold any were on my body exceeds 4mm's. So I'm well with in, if not beyond the average body fat or 8 - 10% its based on in the study.


This marks the 19 weeks out point.

Nov 29th

For my standard yes. For others standards, NOPE.. Piches on arms are only max 1-2. lol I don't hold fat on my arms. All low back and gut.
