Pre w/o: AAEFXs K-Otic, 30g Karbolyn, HBM, GlutaZorb, Joint ReHab Cream, SpeedBall 10 mins. 5g pure baking Cocoa
Intra w/o: 30g Karbolyn, , AAEFXs Cell Rush and LBA at the 2nd to last set.
Post w/os: 8 oz. Low-fat milk, a AAEFX proteins, spinach, pineapple shake. Glutazorb, HBM



w/o A : Chest , with Dakota.

22 deg. Decline Db Presses

Peanut shut me down. Ill try a night workout again and see if he is OK with it.
