Since you're already doing 320 x 2 and the LPD is only rated to 300 lbs, where do you go from here? Eventually it will bow or give, with more increases, I assume.

Well this is only on power days. As a competitive Pro Bodybuilder, I'm more about how I lift the weight than the over all just moving of the weight I lift. I just like hitting a power day now and then to just help track my over all progress. I will just have to go to 300 lb. rep count to track instead.

I can make 200 lbs. feel like over 300 lbs. to my muscles by just changing the tempo and strickness of my lifts.


This is were when I trained, I take a guy that could press 300 lbs and make him cry with a 150 lb. bar. They hate w/o with me because I can make then feel weak.

I killed Steve on Seated Over Head Bb Presses one day at Gold's with this. He knows were I'm coming from.

Its also why when I train people, they make great progress. If they don't quit first. lol
