After thinking about it. This is a great time to take some Delt recover time seen as my tooth extraction was re-scheduled for tomorrow (April 3rd).

Chest

Pre w/os: AAEFXs K-Otic, 3g pure baking cocoa, 20g Karbolyn, HBM, GlutaZorb, Joint ReHab Cream, SpeedBall 10 mins.
Intra w/os: 20g Karbolyn, 2g pure baking Cocoa, AAEFXs Cell Rush and LBA at the 2nd to last set.
Post w/os: AAEFX proteins (1 serving NF Pro, serving IGF-33) , 10gs AAEFX Karbolyn, spinach, Non-fat milk, soy nut shake. Glutazorb

w/o A : Chest - First day back lifting in 2 weeks.

First day back had problems un-racking and re-racking, my arms are to short for my set up, I have to go narrow grip and roll shoulders just to get it off and on the rack even with it set as low as it goes.

Very strong workouts. 205 w/ chains at that slow temp is very impressive.

Thanks Josh.

I was shocked on how I made some of the able body Pro guys look small next to me when they kneeled down next to me.

Yes they are ripped to hell but the amout of fat I had on me wouldn't make that much diffrence, plus I get ripped I look even bigger.

ya and most them out weight me by 20+ lbs. But mine is all upper body for the weight were as they have leg mass to count.
