Easy does it. That program looks great. Good luck with it! (and when it comes to the P/C's, IF you want to improve your form on them, just do them light for 5x3 or something like that as a general warmup on all your sessions, worked good for me to learn it that way)

Thank you for the encouragement and for this suggestion, I'll probably try to do just that.
