Default Aerobics

How long do you do any aerobics for each week? Just wondering how much time is spent on doing this versus doing weights?

2 or 3 times a week for 15-20 minutes. But I do high intensity stuff like sled pulls and hill sprints.

When things are running smoothly, I try to get 30 minutes in a day, but between 20-30 mins seems great, IMO. People tend to forget that depending on the type of weighttraining they are doing, there is a certain amount of aerobic activity involved anyway, take complexes for example.

in the army we run sometimes five times a week for miles and i can tell you there are a LOT of 30-40 year olds (and older) in the army with bad knees and backs.

low impact cardio is king. be tough on your heart, not your bones.

swim, elliptical, bike, etc.
