what exercise works the glutes the hardest ?
which of the following 3 exercises would put the most size on the glutes ?

power clean

I have put some good size on my glutes with SS and wanted to know which exercise would of helped the most

Most likely a combination of all 3. Some feel deadlifts more in their glutes.

Squats built my glutes. I didn't deadlift or power clean for a long time. Only time I feel glutes on deadlifts is when I do higher rep sets.

Wide-stance squats and deads. I feel either one in my glutes. Squats more in the glutes/hams and deads more in the glutes/lower back.

deep squats with wider than shoulder width stance built my buns.

ATG squats are number 1.

Deads are a great move, but for the booty, squats are the medicine.
