Not to derail this thread, but what do people mean when they say they take protein powders and get "Great Results?" Maybe they were so under nourished to start with the extra food made a difference

I've wondered the same thing. When I read a review for protein I just want to know how it tastes and mixes, because other than that it's just freaking protein.

Think that comes about from proteins that have extras added to them and some people assume that type of review goes all of them.

It was the thought of my muscles breaking down after a workout or going without protein for 8 hours when I sleep that I was worried about hence the reason for hydrowhey and casein protein

Truth be told, you really just don't need to worry about those things. If you really want to put the best nutrition in your body before you sleep, eat a big fatty steak. The fat will slow the digestion of the protein and also support hormone production through the night.

I have a very bad habit of "Great Results" in any review as a short way of telling expereanced people "Ya it dose what is should" an not having to wright a big long list that they already know the product should do.

I don't like doing a list because then you get the Bio Science Book smart, real world dumb hatters rolling you and bashing you. These people will never change, you show proof on there point like in your logs and they dig for another point to come at ya.

So I use "Great Results" lol

Bio Science is great with new technology to look inside a living person and see the mechanics and such but it is saverly abused by hatters.
