NOPE NPC or IFBB don't test.

Not when in the WNBF (tested shows). He was one of the top in the world for light weights.

Do they dock points for that sort of thing?

Not really, they just prefer you dont use it. I used it for a show this year and one of the judges told me after the night show that i probably shouldn't use it anymore. lol

But i had a friend that competed in the same class. Eric Walker, he didn't place top 15 either. I said the size of those bantamweights was unreal.

thats too bad. that's one of my biggest problems with modern competitive bodybuilding; size is preferred by judges over aesthetics and proportion.

LOL guys.
come on... it's one thing to be "natural" in the day o the contest, and it is a completely different thing to not use.
And when I say roids, I am not necessarily reffering to test or any other compounds, as in my opinion diuretics, fat burners like clen or ephedrine are always sterois.

Moreover, you can say for sure that a guys is natural or not if he is tested once per week, lol. But the test from the contest day doesn't mean absolutely nothing.

Look at the Arabs competing at the amateur Worlds... look at Mohammed Salama and you'll see that he has never been suspended. And still he competes as an amateur in a tested contest
See my point?
I didn't want to blaim the guy from the initial post, as I just wanted to point some thing.

I talk to a lot of these natural athletes personally, multiple times per year. Some of them have competed 20 to over 80 times in their life (Sean Sullivan), all drug tested.

Most naturals I know are passionate about the natural sport and would never cheat. They know exactly what they need to avoid, and do so.

More than this, athletes like Clarida easily fall withing their projected natural potential. He is not a mass monster.

Cheaters are everywhere, but natural bodybuilding is much less likely to have them. There simply are no 220 pounders up there with 170 pound heavyweights.

You claim that the people in this thread are naive, then in the same breath say that ephedrine is a steriod?
