I apologize for that previous post as I didn't read the directions carefully. You said we could add more work to this when needed in 4-6 months. But I still wanted to know if it's possible to put deadlift on upper body day. I know my performance is greater when I do that unless you actually set it up that way for a reason other than weight progression. Please let me know soon as I'm doing the lower body workout today(did lower body on monday and upper body on tues).

I completely understand. I was just wondering if it was possible to put deadlift on upper body day. I know for a fact when I squatted after deadlifting, I was not able to perform well on squats. And I don't mean just poundage, I mean form too. But if he tells me himself that I shouldn't worry about that detail, I will gladly suffer form on squatting. It's just with the theme of persistence and weight progression, I'm trying to implement what I learned from all you guys to do so.

On second thought, I'll run the plan for a few months and see how it goes. BTB, would you prefer me to post my thoughts in a log?
